Goodbye 2014.... Hello 2015 !

One of the wondrous unexpected surprises this past Christmas was watching the space station orbit right over our house on a clear Christmas night.  As it turns out...one of the astronauts orbiting as we watched grew up right across the lake from us here in Tennessee.  So as he was taking a space shot of Nashville from the station...we were looking up at him. Thanks to Will for making sure that we were out there at the right time....we didn't miss it.  What an awe inspiring Christmas gift from space.
Here is the shot that astronaut Butch Wilmore took from the ISS on Dec. 25.......

Wishing everyone a fresh new year ahead full of all sorts of experiences......Wishing you all kinds of unexpected happiness, big and small in 2015.
